Summer is finally here, we have been having the hottest of hot days, which also include the hottest of hot nights but they are all worth it when we can sit in the sunshine, when we are full of vitamin d and everyone is happy.
There have been park hangs, and shopping trips.. just need to make it to a beach- but yes I live in London so will have to plan that ahead!
Nathan came to London and stayed with us, for what should have been a few nights, but was extended to a week and a half. It was wonderful having my friend back, it’s only been over 3 years since we saw each other last! The best thing about friends like that is that we picked up where we left off as if nothing had changed.
So much happened, most of which I can’t remember, and amazing bits I can. We had the worst curry of our lives on Brick Lane and then best night out on Saturday night. With loads of laughter, and new making new friends.
It was a week for old friends, as I got to see Regan too before he ventured off on his overseas adventure, and was also lucky enough to enjoy the Brick Lane experience.. note to self, do not return!
Now that that hectic, drinking fuelled week of fun is over, the excitement grows, as it is now only 1 sleep till Greece! Been a busy week of packing, purchasing and beauty treatments!
Tomorrow Ben and I fly out and the chaos starts!
